How Long will it take to get my order?

Most items can ship within a few business days. Package travel time depends on where you live. Custom products can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to ship. We also offer free pickup in Bristol, CT. If you have any questions about lead time or if you need something in a hurry, email us: support@burdleather.com.

Are your Products made in china?

Absolutely not! They are manufactured in the good old USA.

What is the deal with Limited Release ITems?

Up to a few times a month, we will put out special items that will be sold on a first come first serve basis. These may be bags, hats, belts, etc. that we are not regularly making. If you are on the email list you will be given an advanced notice as to the the day and time of the release. Get to our site at that time and checkout with the item first in order to purchase it.

What does your "Limited Lifetime guarantee” mean?

Some of of our items have a lifetime guarantee. If the product fails, due to our manufacturing, we will fix it for you. If a strap or panel breaks we will fix it for you free of charge. This warranty does not cover general wear or cosmetic issues. Please note that your leather item will age and look different over time. Paint will wear off, scratches will happen and patina will form. Our goal is to make you have a functional, unique item, for life. All we ask is that you take care of the shipping back to us and we will handle the rest.
